We are 100% pet friendly!

We allow supervised, well-behaved dogs, cats and caged birds inside the bungalows (but elephants and giraffes must remain outdoors at all times!).

We are very open and understanding about your pets’ needs, and all of our bungalows are well-equipped for your pets’ stay. In each one you’ll find:

  • Food and water bowls
  • Doggy pick-up bags
  • Relevant info for local dog grooming, day care and vets
  • A covered, fenced deck area with a secure gate that’s suitable for your pet to rest safely in
  • Plenty of room in the grounds to exercise your pet
  • A pet-friendly beach only a short 400m walk away

If you have any queries about bringing your pets to stay with us please contact us prior to booking, visit the FAQs section, or take a look at our pet policy.

FAQs about pet stays

How much does it cost for my pet to stay?

The nightly rate is $15 per pet.

Is there a maximum number of pets I can bring?

We allow three pets per bungalow; however, this number varies depending on the size of the animal, so please enquire before booking.

Can I leave my pet in the bungalow while I go out?

No. Pets are not to be left unattended at your bungalow without prior approval from management. You will be asked to keep your pet with you at all times during your stay. There is a great doggy day care nearby which we suggest you use if you need to leave your dog for an extended period.

Can my pet sleep inside the bungalow?

We would prefer that pets sleep on the deck; however, they may sleep inside at night on their own bed if this is what they do at home.

Is my pet allowed on the furniture?

No, pets are not allowed up on any furniture at any time.

Does my pet need to be vaccinated?

Yes, all pets must have up-to-date vaccinations for fleas, ticks, and worms.

Do you supply bedding for my pet?

No. You will need to bring your own bedding.

Is there a vet nearby?

Yes! There are several local vet surgeries in Woolgoolga, and they are available day or night to help with any unexpected circumstances.

What if my dog barks a lot?

Any excessive barking that disturbs other guests and our friendly neighbours is not acceptable.
